Shipping is determined based on your location and is automatically calculated by Ebay when you sign in to your EBay account. Continental U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from our Cranston, RI location. International orders will be shipped either USPS or UPS depending on the customers needs and the cost of the service. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
If you win an auction on a Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday, your order will not be processed until the next business day. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date that the item was paid for.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) # and email you the necessary RA form.
Fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form and include it along with the item(s) you want to return in the original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs, if applicable) to the original method of payment used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
